Deep Throat knew what was going on, who was doing it, who was getting caught, and which thief was too scared to do it. A proposed article from 2000 that was never published. I knew of only one editor who would have the balls to publish it. I submitted it to him, publication referred to on the page, but it was not the type of stuff he was publishing.
