Colorado River water will gently flow onto your land and you can get
rich selling lots to the tourists. Uhhh... I suppose it might get
gentle after the initial millions of gallons of water knock your ass
down, sweep away your rig, and toss you about 20 miles away and turn
your property into a swamp. That is, if you survive the 50 years
in prison you is gonna get. What the hell, consider it an investment
for your old age when you get released. :)
